This form has a DHTML popup calendar that can be accessed by clicking the calendar icon. The use of this popup calendar disables the ability to click into the text input fields whenever the month is changed on the popup. If the month is not changed on the popup then the popup has no effect on the ability to enter text into the text input fields. The popup should never disable the text input fields.
This problem does not exist in IE, but does exist in Mozilla and Firebird. I think I have narrowed the problem to something with the innerHTML calls, but I have worn out my knowledge trying to figure this out.
